CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in Time is 4pm, Check-out Time is 11am. QUIET HOURS Please help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10pm - 8am. We appreciate your consideration! NON-SMOKING Our home is entirely non-smoking to ensure a fresh, clean environment for all guests. PARKING Front: Two complimentary parking spots are available directly in front of the stairs along the gravel drive. Depending on your vehicle size, a third spot may fit. Rear: 1-2 additional off-street spots are available behind the property. Important: The access drive is steep and gravel-surfaced. Depending on weather conditions and your vehicle type (ground clearance, traction), rear parking may not be accessible. SECURITY Cameras There are two cameras located on the property. One is on the front porch pointed at the entrance area, the other on the rear pointed at the rear access drive. These are in place for your safety. There are NO cameras on the inside of the home, nor does the rear camera point at the hot tub / amenity area. Summer Travel: The area is beautiful year-round. Pack sunscreen, trail shoes, and your swimsuit — Lake Laura and the Blue Ridge trails are at their best from May through September. Winter Travel: Mountain roads can be steep; 4WD/AWD recommended and travel insurance advised during snowy months Nature Notice: The forest is home to wildlife & occasional insects — totally normal for the Shenandoah Valley. Please bag trash to avoid animal visitors. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. For those bringing infants please remember to bring a pack and play and any other items to ensure your infant is comfortable for the duration of the stay. To respect our neighbors and maintain the integrity of our space, we don't permit events or parties. Thanks for keeping it cozy!
